Will my value stay the same between revaluations?

If no changes are made to your property, your assessed value will not change between revaluations. Your value may be updated to reflect changes made to the property, such as the construction of additions, remodeling, or demolition. Any updates to your value would be made using the 2024 Schedule of Values.
