How can I find out my current assessed value?

You can use the real estate search page to view your current assessed value and other information about your real property at wake.gov/realestate. Your assessed value reflects the market value as of the most recent countywide revaluation, which was effective January 1, 2024. The revaluation underway will update these assessed values to reflect market value as of January 1, 2027.
