If I’m interested in current residential real estate sales, where can I find that information?

The County publishes residential sales at https://www.wake.gov/departments-government/tax-administration/real-estate/residential-sales-search. The Residential Sales Search tool allows users to map multiple residential sales and filter residential property sales by distance, sales date, planning jurisdiction, heated area square footage, year built, and several other criteria. In January, Wake County Tax Administration will have a comparable sales tool available that will allow users to search for sales of similar residential, commercial, and rural properties.
