- Ex: Marriage Certificate, Divorce Decree, Court Order Approving Name Change
- Once received, we will update your name accordingly or request further information as needed.
- Please be aware: this name change only updates the name on the tax bill.
- It does not change the name on a recorded deed or titled registration through NCDMV.
