Business Property - Tax Preparer Profiles

To help tax preparers manage the business property tax accounts they handle in Wake County, the Tax Administration office offers an online Tax Preparer Profile system.

With a Tax Preparer Profile, preparers can:

• Search Wake County business property records and link accounts to their profile

• Submit requests for listing extensions and password resets for multiple accounts

• Download electronic copies of approved listing extensions

• Access the Online Property Listing application directly

• View and print property listings
